G/C (G-C)/(G+C) and A/T skew were calculated on 50 bases windows with a step of one

The files at high res are in the GenPlay overflow folder in a zip form. 
The wig files  were created by loading in GenPlay the 1bp resolution file and binning them at 25bp (by averaging the 1bp resolution data)
The bed files (..._REGIONs.bed) icontain the skewed regions greater that 375 bp called using GenPlay Island finder.
